Here's to July and iced cold tea! This tea was made last night during a cold brew session and first thing this morning I poured a cup and in no time it was gone. It's fast and so so so good. Last night I cold brewed "O'Malley's Escape" which is a wonderful caffeine free herb and fruit tea. It was named after the song Escape by Rupert Holmes. It's been so hot and humid here in Asheboro, North Carolina that we've been cold brewing our teas each night for the next day. The kids are loving all the fruit teas we've been making (especially the ones that turn out pink). It's so easy and effortless and only takes a little while to do!
