Treehouse Teas
We'd imagine the first bit of a blog post should be about who we are. So here's a short little introduction so that you can get to know us a little better! We are a husband and wife team who love tea! On lucky nights after our kids are in bed (we have three kiddos) one of our favorite things to do is to put on a pot of tea and unwind together to reflect on our day. We sip, sample, blend and talk about teas over good conversation. Since our home resembles a treehouse, we thought Treehouse Teas would be a natural fit and add to our adventures of drinking tea! Plus, we both love treehouses and I personally have lots of memories playing in the treehouse my daddy built when I was a child.
Our love affair with teas all started at a young age and has continued to grow. One of my first memories of drinking tea was actually locally at Bamboo Gardens in Asheboro, NC when they were located on Hwy 64. I can remember drinking green tea out of the cutest little tea set and it made a huge impact on me at such a young age. Being from the South drinking tea was part of our daily life. You can't live in the south without tea! We've both traveled extensively all over the world and those experiences has helped to shape our tea line. We love trying new teas, blending, learning and sourcing the best teas the world can provide. So naturally, our love for teas blossomed into bringing great teas to you. We strive to find teas that are classic, exceptional and rare while supporting responsibly sourced growing operations.

We currently have over 50 varieties to choose from and Joan is wonderful in helping pick out teas that you and your family will love and enjoy.
